1. Return Policy (Within 2 Days Only)

Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Return requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for return.

For damaged or defective items, customers must provide proof (photo/video) when submitting the return request.
2. Loyalty Points Instead of Refund

No cash or online refunds will be issued for returned items.

Instead, customers will receive loyalty points equivalent to store credit.

1 Loyalty Point = ₹1, which can be redeemed on future purchases at SangeetaFashion.shop.

Loyalty points will be credited within 3–5 business days after return approval.
3. Non-Returnable Products

Items such as innerwear, cosmetics, sale/clearance products, and customized items are non-returnable.
4. Return Process

Submit a return request via email or WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.

Provide the reason for return along with a photo or video of the product.

Upon approval, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
5. Important Terms

Return shipping charges may be applicable on a case-by-case basis.

Returns can be rejected if the product has been used or damaged due to customer mishandling.
